Responsibilities

What you will own at Agintex

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to map business problems to AI and software solutions

• Scope and define technical projects across AI agents, ML models, data pipelines, software products, and IoT systems

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery, from kickoff to launch

• Translate technical progress into clear, jargon-free updates for non-technical stakeholders

• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the BD team on new business

• Own the statement of work, project timeline, and acceptance criteria for every engagement

• Partner with engineers, ML specialists, and designers to ensure delivery meets client expectations

• Conduct post-project reviews and surface insights that improve future engagements

• Stay current on AI, ML, and software trends to advise clients on what is next for their industry

What we are looking for

• 4 or more years in technology consulting, product management, or solutions architecture

• Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts including LLMs, AI agents, ML models, and data pipelines

• Proven ability to scope and manage complex technical projects end to end

• Exceptional written and verbal communication with both technical and executive audiences

• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

• Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Notion, or Jira

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and speed matters

• Based in or willing to align to San Francisco working hours

Salary and Position Details

• Position: AI Solutions Consultant (Full-Time)

• Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA preferred)

• Salary Range: $130,000 to $175,000 per year
