Agintex provides AI development, machine learning engineering, generative AI and LLM integration, data engineering, software and product development, UI/UX design, IoT development, tailored enterprise solutions, and on-demand technology staffing services (collectively, the “Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Agintex and the client.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not use the Site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site; or use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our express written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Client Work and Deliverables

Ownership of work product and deliverables created during a client engagement is governed by the specific SOW or service agreement for that engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Agintex retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://agintex.com/privacy-policy. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
