Responsibilities

What you will own at Agintex

• Own Agintex brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all channels

• Build and execute a content strategy covering case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn, and thought leadership

• Drive inbound lead generation through SEO, paid media, partnerships, and organic social

• Write and edit website copy, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales enablement materials

• Manage and grow Agintex presence on LinkedIn, X, and emerging AI community platforms

• Collaborate with the founders and technical team to extract insights and translate them into compelling content

• Track and report on marketing performance metrics including traffic, leads, conversion rates, and CAC

• Plan and execute events, webinars, and speaking opportunities that build brand credibility in the AI space

• Manage marketing tools and CRM integrations including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and similar platforms

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• 4 or more years in B2B technology marketing, growth marketing, or content strategy

• Proven track record of driving inbound pipeline for a technical product or services company

• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex AI and software topics for non-technical audiences

• Experience with SEO, paid search, email marketing, and social media management

• Comfortable working with AI tools including LLMs, content generation platforms, and analytics dashboards

• Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and deliverables without close supervision

• Analytical mindset with comfort tracking and optimizing against KPIs

• Based in San Francisco or willing to align to Pacific Time working hours

• Position: AI Growth and Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

• Location: Remote-Friendly (San Francisco, CA preferred)

• Salary Range: $100,000 to $135,000 per year
